By using SideQuest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SideQuest.
2. What SideQuest Does
SideQuest helps people create and coordinate casual plans with friends and private groups. Users can post plans, join plans, invite others, respond to invitations, and manage profile and account settings.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure. You agree to provide accurate profile information and not impersonate another person.
4. User Content
You may post profile information, plans, comments, locations, photos, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you give SideQuest permission to host, display, process, and share it as needed to provide the service.
5. Safety and Real-World Plans
SideQuest helps coordinate plans, but users are responsible for their own real-world decisions. Use common sense, meet in safe places, and do not use SideQuest for illegal, dangerous, harassing, or exploitative activity.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate, stalking, or unwanted sexual content.
- Impersonation, fraud, spam, scraping, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
- Posting illegal activity or coordinating harm to yourself or others.
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with SideQuest systems.
7. Moderation
We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe these Terms or our Community Guidelines were violated.
8. Availability
SideQuest is early-stage software. Features may change, break, or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Termination
You may stop using SideQuest at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect users, the product, or the community.
10. Disclaimers
SideQuest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of SideQuest after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
