Community Guidelines

SideQuest is for lightweight real-world plans with people you know. These guidelines help keep that casual, useful, and safe.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Be Real

Use your real identity or a recognizable profile. Do not impersonate someone else or mislead people about who you are.

2. Keep Plans Safe and Legal

Do not use SideQuest to coordinate illegal activity, threats, violence, self-harm, exploitation, or unsafe meetups. Choose public or familiar places when appropriate.

3. Respect Boundaries

No harassment, stalking, pressure, sexual coercion, hate, bullying, or repeated unwanted contact. If someone declines or does not respond, leave it there.

4. Post Useful Plans

SideQuests should be actual plans or lightweight invitations: coffee, errands, studying, gym, walks, food, rides, nights out, and similar activities. Avoid spam, vague bait, or promotional blasts.

5. Use Circles Thoughtfully

Only invite people to circles where they make sense. Do not use circles to exclude, target, gossip about, or harass people.

6. Protect Privacy

Do not post someone else’s private information, exact home address, phone number, sensitive location, or personal details without permission.

7. Keep Content Appropriate

No graphic violence, explicit sexual content, hateful content, scams, malicious links, or content designed to shock or intimidate.

8. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report, block, or remove connections. SideQuest may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or take other action to protect the community.

9. Beta Expectations

SideQuest is early. Features may change, and feedback is welcome. The goal is simple: help friends make plans without turning every plan into a project.

10. Contact
